ROX
BRAND
Rox came prepared with a tagline: "The best revenue teams use Rox". We built the brand around this idea with a brand that displays Rox as cutting-edge yet approachable. The core color of black maintains sleekness, while pops of illuminated gold infuse the brand with an unmistakable brilliance.
RESEARCH + UNDERSTANDING
From day one, a core pillar of our partnership with Rox was focused on a highly collaborative approach to understanding and design. I hosted workshop sessions with the Rox team to define initial product understanding– allowing us to align early on goals, technical feasibility, and user personas.
UX DESIGN
Our initial UX process was purposely messy and experimental. We conducted extensive and frequent high-fi wireframe prototypes covering a wide range of potential product experiences, varying from insight dashboards all the way to conversational chatbots. We then utilized 1:1 partner feedback to clarify and guide the evolution of the product.

Explorations varied in information delivery, interaction design, and other measures.
UI DESIGN
User interviews pointed towards sellers needing a unified view of all of their accounts at once, leading us towards a simplified table view for users to land on.
Dubbed an agent "swarm", Rox's AI continuously pulls, processes and monitors all external and internal information about customers, placing all needed information at the forefront of the product.
Once the core experience of the product was defined, we focused our efforts on analyzing additional user needs and expanding Rox's feature set to match.
Utilizing the AI model to centralize information and capabilities, we evolved the product from an agent swarm touchpoint towards an all-encompassing revenue product.
Revenue raised with launch of public beta.
Boost in sales teams productivity.
Post-launch of their public beta, our partnership with Rox now focuses on improving user experience across the product, and continuing to grow its capabilities for sellers. Though this case study covers the basics, there's much more than meets the eye to this project. Let's discuss it!
