TOYOTA NASCAR

As a sponsor of numerous Nascar races, Toyota sought to elevate the experience with tangible interactions for patrons of the event. They imagined an elevated photo opportunity for attendees, allowing them to take home a memento of the occasion.

I designed and illustrated backdrops for several variations of portable photo booth, combining the energy of the speedway itself with an homage to the cities themselves.

Nashville

The photo opp draws on one of Nashville’s biggest draws: the nightlife! We needed to represent the no-sleep nature of Nashville’s Broadway Street, combining the neon cityscape with the electric vibe of the arena.

Los Angeles

Capturing the feeling of an LA Sunrise, I utilized a blended color palette of warm pinks, oranges, and purples across the graphics. Sleek gradients were used to emphasize the modern, "cool" factor of the city itself.

Daytona Beach

Simplicity was key for this illustration, as I was requested to take inspiration from vintage postcards for the design. A picturesque beach and sunrise comprise most of the visuals, with the recognizable Daytona Beach sign used to reflect the city's iconography.
